Polypropylene culture tubes are autoclavable (reusable) and very durable. No need to worry about broken glass when manipulating closures or dropping them on your work surface.
Our polypropylene tubes are compatible with all culture tube closures sold by PhytoTechnology Laboratories. (sold separately)
We recommend shorter culture tube racks, like our stainless steel rack or 12-place no-wire rack, for use with shorter culture tubes like this one.
