Each kit for Gelled Surface Crystallization™ Kit contains 5 × 96-well V-bottom plates and 2 x 10mL Paraffin oil. The wells are all pre-gelled and ready to use. This is an improved variation of the containerless crystallization method. It is ideal for problem proteins that produce many small unusable crystals and attachment of crystals to the container surface is avoided.
