Our Gas-Permeable Plate Sealers protect samples in 96- or 384-well plates while allowing oxygen to flow into the wells. This facilitates the growth of bacteria, yeast, and other cells in the wells of the microplate. In order to achieve high cell growth, organisms must be supplied with sufficient oxygen. By using Gas-Permeable Plate Sealers, rather than traditional plate lids that can limit oxygen flow, you will significantly improve cell growth.
