MagDTR™ Magnetic Separator 96 features a unique recessed well design with bar magnets imbedded in an aluminum block that provides significant performance advantages in magnetic separation for 96-well applications.
Efficient Particle Washing: Vertical orientation of the bar magnetic field attracts and suspends the magnetic particles both to the side and up from the bottom of the wells
Utilize a rapid, simple protocol with minimal hands-on time that allows you to process more samples for sequencing every day (only 3 steps and less than 15 minutes to complete)
Pipet tips may be inserted into the bottom of the well, insuring thorough and efficient washing and removal of fluids
Minimal Particle Loss: Suspended particles held up and to the side from the point of fluid aspiration minimizes particle loss
Maximum Sample Concentration: Samples can be efficiently recovered in 5µl versus the recommended 40µl for a typical donut-style separator
Universal Compatibility: Compatible with all standard microtiter plates
