Description
The HOMEX XS is a rapid, automated system for the homogenization of different plant tissues. The material (e.g., roots, leaves, seeds) is inserted into a BIOREBA extraction bag (Universal 120 x 150 mm or Universal-U-form 120 x 150 mm) which contains an appropriate amount of extraction buffer. The filtered homogenized extract can then be used for downstream applications such as ELISA, DNA/RNA extraction, etc. The HOMEX XS homogenizes any kind of plant tissues without sharp edges (e.g., stones).
