MD1-01-ECO is presented as 50 x 10 mL cacodylate-free conditions.
It is formulated for the crystallization of proteins, peptides, nucleic acids & water soluble small molecules. This classic screen was originally published by Jancarik & Kim from conditions found to be successful in the crystallization of biological macromolecules. All our Eco Screens are free from nasties such as cacodylate, azides and dioxane.
